A Dazzling Underwater Paradise

Conservation efforts by Kenya Wildlife Services toward Marine life. Mombasa Marine National Park is a protected marine area located on the coast of Kenya, in the city of Mombasa. Established in 1986, the park is managed by the Kenya Wildlife Service and covers an area of 250 kmĀ², encompassing coral reefs, seagrass beds, and mangrove forests. Travel Tuesdays discovered the park is a popular destination for both locals and international tourists, offering a range of activities such as snorkeling, diving, and glass-bottomed boat tours. The park is home to over 200 species of fish, 48 species of coral, and a variety of other marine life such as sea turtles, dolphins, and dugongs.
